Preparation of mould boards and parts through selection of milling machine, the starting material and various clamping methods;
Creating auxiliary geometry for the purpose of programming milling paths and fixtures;
Programming in various fixtures of milling jobs for mould board components;
Ensuring the selection of standard roughing, clamping and cutting tools;
Informing the procurement department in a timely manner for the purchase of non-standard raw material and cutting tools in stock;
Work preparation for milling parts as well as transferring the work instruction to the CNC operator;
Guiding and controlling critical sub-steps in the process;
Providing workshop support;
Identifying and checking for imperfections in mould boards and parts, as well as consulting with the responsible engineer or operator;
Contribute to process improvement and standardisation of the routine aspects of the production process as well as to improving the quality of service and organisation.

Job requirements:
HBO working and thinking level and preferably a degree in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM, CNC techniques and 3D understanding
- Knowledge of modern metalworking techniques
