Intro

This client's customers are always at the forefront. Together with you, they want to find a competent solution for their customers from the very first contact! As the first point of contact, you are responsible for answering incoming customer queries. With your skills, you show the customers that they are welcome with all their concerns.

Requirements

- You speak and write fluent Dutch or French, and German or English
- You have fast perception
- You enjoy communicating with customers through different channels
- You already have experience in dealing with customers and have a high customer and service orientation
- You have knowledge of MS Office and are internet-literate
- You are willing to work weekends and holidays
- You are a team player
- You want to make things happen, improve things, are motivated and love to get things done.

Tasks

- You will be the first point of contact for customers in the department and answer incoming queries through various channels (phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, sales platforms).
- You will handle all kinds of questions to help customers in a service- and solution-oriented way, e.g. order and delivery status, product advice
- You will process complaints and all related tasks such as returns, cancellations, collections or backorders.
- You take over communication between customers and internal departments
- After your training period, you will take over customer queries from Level 2 Support.
- Your empathy and structured way of working ensure high customer satisfaction
- You process incoming customer evaluations
