Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Financial Officer. For this challenging role, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team at the Back-Office. We are looking for a secure and service-oriented Financial Officer who, together with colleagues in the Back Office, can take responsibility for the financial administration of our companies.

We operate from the locations Sittard & Kerkrade and are operational throughout the Netherlands. Due to the growth of our organisation, we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our current team!

What will you do?

Our organisation is growing, and you will be working as a Financial Officer within an experienced team of Back Office staff and the Finance Manager. In concrete terms, this means that you will have a source of information with which you can spar and sound out. We expect you to work independently within our team and to take on the following responsibilities and tasks:

  • Financial administrative activities including accounts receivable and accounts payable management;
  • Supervising the correct entry of debtors;
  • Checking the creditworthiness of debtors;
  • ZZP administration for our large database of self-employed workers;
  • Checking of employees enrolled and deregistered or invoices to our Health Insurance;
  • Time processing and invoicing of external staff;
  • Planning and invoicing of rented and owned accommodation;
  • Carrying out credit assessments;

Who are you?

  • You have an intermediate vocational education (MBO) work and thinking level
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • You have knowledge of and/or interest in legislation and regulations within the Flex sector (fiscal, financial-legal, and labour law).
  • You have knowledge, understanding and experience of financial administration processes
  • You have good knowledge of financial applications and automation packages (preferably Exact online and/or Easyflex)
  • You have a proactive working attitude and are able to work carefully and independently
  • You have good communication and writing skills
  • You are stress resistant, practical and have a great sense of responsibility
