Are you that rock-solid head of administration? Then read on! You will be the link between administration and control. In this role, you will be involved in a combination of control work and operational finance tasks. You are an experienced administrator with management experience who also acts as the first point of contact for all questions.
Due to the diversity of work, no day is the same for you.
- Managing administration department for the 3 companies in Tegelen.
- Check general ledger movements and initiate corrections.
- Taking care of payments.
- Monitoring debtors/creditors.
- Taking care of financial bookings.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing.
- Ensure correct reconciliations between various sub- and main administrations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Analysing figures and preparing internal reports.

- You have HBO working and thinking level.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.

- You have knowledge of the Office Package.
- You have experience with ERP systems preferably with BouwWorks.
