What will you do? At our client, we are looking for a Customer Mutation Coordinator for our Real Estate Service Department in Landgraaf. In other words, someone who is responsible for planning and handling the work of all orders, assignments and monitoring their progress and execution. We are looking for someone who has experience in Real Estate Service. Someone who knows the ins and outs of the world of real estate and all the related jobs. For example, you must be able to assess service orders from the mutations for correctness and completeness. An architectural education is an advantage. We find it important that you have good interpersonal skills and are experienced in order administration. After all, you are the lynchpin between clients, suppliers, fitters and colleagues.
- Incorporating Mutation Homes.

- Correct handling of orders.
