What are we looking for in you? You are customer-oriented, flexible and have extensive construction knowledge and good communication skills. Together with your colleagues, you do not shy away from challenges, but you can also manage your own affairs perfectly well. You must be stress-resistant and proactive in this job, and you consider quality and results of paramount importance, in order to achieve a high-quality solution for the customer.

Every day, the teams in our Real Estate Service Department are busy carrying out building maintenance, building transformations and renovation and restoration work. Our permanent customer coordinators manage the teams. Our colleagues together with the partner companies, demonstrate craftsmanship, quality and a high level of commitment. In doing so, they always follow our Lean approach, focusing on smart and efficient work.

We work for clients in a wide range of sectors. Our regular clientele includes housing corporations, housing associations, insurance companies, public authorities and healthcare and education institutions. We make long-term (chain) cooperation agreements with them regarding customer satisfaction, quality and costs.
