You ensure a thorough preparation, a neat sales procedure and a proper handling of the process. You have a healthy dose of commercial feeling to achieve the best sales result and also have the empathy to feel things well. You signal new developments in the market.

Job requirements

You have the necessary education (at least KRMT / housing agent) and have a HBO work / thinking level
You have relevant work experience and sound knowledge of the profession and the housing market
You radiate enthusiasm and have good communication skills, you also have a commercial drive and are enterprising
You are customer and result-oriented, you know how to get things done and get things done right
You are a team player and also like to build a broad network
