What will you do?
As a Business Office Assistant, you will have a wide range of responsibilities and work closely with various departments within our company. Your duties will include:
- Marketing & Communications: Development of effective marketing and communication strategies, management of various communication channels and creation of engaging content.
- Legal affairs: Handling legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising management on legal aspects.
- IT support: IT infrastructure support, coordination of IT projects and advice on technological innovations.
- KAM (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment): Implementing and monitoring our KAM policy, coordinating internal audits and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards.
- Procurement: Managing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring an efficient procurement strategy.

What are they asking for?
- You have at least a completed HBO degree in a relevant field, or have at least 3 years' work experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills in the Dutch language, both oral and written.
- An analytical mind to analyse data and find solutions to various business challenges.
- Knowledge of business processes to ensure overall efficiency and provide support where needed.
