For a leading client and biggest player in the field of solar energy, we are immediately looking for an apprentice or experienced Employee Order Administration & Planning (full-time).
The Back Office department takes care of the complete (order) administration and invoicing, as well as planning installations and answering inbound telephone calls from our customers. The position includes the following tasks:
- Recording sales orders in the ERP system.
- Preparing pick lists for the warehouse.
- Checking orders for correctness and completeness.
- Scheduling installations and residual points with assembly teams (in consultation with customers).
- Answering incoming calls.
- The invoicing of installations.
- Creating purchase orders for (external) assembly teams.
- In this position, you report directly to the Business Unit Manager.
