• Work preparation
• Advising clients on property management
• Requesting and comparing offers
• Simultaneous supervision of projects during implementation
• Be responsible for administrative handling and data processing
• Monitoring cost, time, quality and budget
• Lots of interaction with clients, residents (tenants), contractors and suppliers
• Applying for work permits
• Mapping of security measures
• Registering current situations
• Determining the degree of urgency
• Creating an overview of the required budget
• Preparation of calculations and determination of price
• Detailed preparation and monitoring of schedules

Who are you?

• Excellent communication skills;
• In addition, you have a solution-oriented attitude;
• You can work well with various software programmes;
• Completed MBO/ HBO education;
• You are disciplined, pro-active and eager to learn;
• You can structure your work well;
• Experience with building maintenance projects is a plus

Salary indication - €3,000 to €4,250 on the basis of 4 weeks' pay
