Job description

The daily management of the technical real estate portfolio? Together with the real estate team, you arrange it! Thanks to your organisational skills, you effortlessly keep everything under control. You just take care of it!
As technical property manager, you are an important link within our property management department. This department is responsible for inspecting and renovating buildings and advising clients about management & maintenance, energy and sustainability in the broadest sense of the word. As a Property Manager, you will work independently on small-scale projects and simultaneously in a team on the more complex projects.
You ensure that all files run smoothly by:

  • The inspection of existing property, whether or not on the basis of a condition measurement in accordance with NEN 2767;
  • Preparing and coordinating the implementation of the drawn up/updated multi-year maintenance plans;
  • Coordinating the implementation of corrective maintenance/renovation or the daily technical management of the VvE;
  • Preparation of building files;

Job requirements

Who are you? You are driven and like to think ahead. You work precisely and keeping an overview and setting priorities is second nature to you. Furthermore:

  • A go-getter with a completed HBO education, preferably (construction) engineering business administration;
  • You have at least 5 years of work experience;
  • You have completed a nice development, preferably in property management or construction supervision;
  • You are a social, service-oriented team leader with a business and construction affinity;
  • You think in terms of possibilities and opportunities
  • You are able to connect, stimulate and motivate people;
  • You can organise and structure relevant processes;
  • You have strong administrative skills;

Terms of employment

  • Salary from € 3.500. to € 4.000. (Depending on knowledge and work experience);
