For our client in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for a Superintendent. Do you have experience in the independent management of utility construction projects? What will you do?<\/p>\n
As a construction supervisor, you are responsible for one or more projects with a value of up to approximately EUR 5 million. You take care of the management and registration of the project documents, a safe construction site and a timely delivery with the agreed quality. With your social and communicative skills, you frequently liaise with colleagues, subcontractors and suppliers and are thus the connecting factor between these parties. Every day, you are working to achieve higher quality within the set frameworks. In short, you are a modern contractor with excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n
Job requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n Who are we looking for?<\/p>\n You have at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent; What do we offer?<\/p>\n A challenging position that gives you a lot of freedom and responsibility;
