What you will do as Technician EIA:
\nindependently analysing and resolving faults;
\nIntroduction of improvement proposals, modifications and maintenance of the installations with regard to functioning, ease of operation, safety and structure of hardware and software;
\nPreparation (planning) development and execution of modification and repair work;
\nPerforming inspection and preventive maintenance;
\nCarrying out administrative work: reserving materials, booking\/completing OH reports in SAP and creating point lessons or work instructions;
\nCommunicate clearly and concisely with different layers of the organisation;
\nProgramming in S5,S7, TIA portal is a must, simple adjustments of visualisation systems(Ifix),
\nInstalling\/tuning and commissioning frequency and servo controllers,
\nInstallation\/adjustment of flow\/pressure\/level\/temperature transmitters and associated controllers ;
\nassisting with new construction work to be carried out by suppliers and commissioning\/testing new equipment;
\nTraining of and multidisciplinary cooperation with the mechanical technicians and operators in the field E\/I\/A;
\nassisting third parties;
\nPart of the job is to participate in the consignment service.<\/p>\n

Job requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n Practical knowledge and experience in:
\nEducation: at least MBO\/TBI level 4 or equivalent
\nSiemens PLCs (S5, S7 TIA Portal), Safety systems, Safety components (e.g. Siemens Distributed Safety, Pilz, Sick)
\nEMC measures
\nMeasurement and control technology
\nProfibus \/ Profinet
\nDrive technology (e.g. frequency inverters from SEW, Danfoss, etc.)
\nEnglish spoken and written
