Associate Superintendent (Mechanical Installations).

💼 What will you do?

As Cooperating Superintendent you will be involved from A to Z: from recording to completion. You will be responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of projects at various locations. No day is the same due to the diversity of work and installations.

Your core tasks:

• Coordinating and planning work, in consultation with other disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.).

• Lead the project team and oversee execution in line with quality and safety standards.

• Checking mechanical installations and ensuring technical specifications.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in project progress.

• Taking care of progress reports and administrative processing (work orders, additional and less work, use of materials).

• Encourage safe working and identify risks.

• Supervise delivery and provide after-care to clients.

👤 Your profile

You are an experienced leader who likes to cooperate and think ahead. You switch effortlessly between technology, people and processes.

What we would like to see in you:

• MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, with technical qualifications (WTB, Installation Engineering or similar).

• Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in mechanical engineering installations.

• Experience in managing and coordinating teams.

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (such as NEN, building code, VCA).

• Communicative strong and able to collaborate with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

• You are flexible, do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are willing to attend courses.

• In possession of a VCA-VOL diploma and driving licence B.
