Associate Superintendent.

What will you do?

As a cooperating supervisor, you are the key person at the building site: you manage, monitor quality and roll up your sleeves yourself. You are involved from start to finish in projects such as rebuilding, renovation and (partial) transformation.

Your duties:

• Managing and supervising the team on site

• Translating drawings and work preparation into clear execution

• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors

• Monitoring planning, safety, cleanliness and quality

• Assisting in all common (carpentry) work yourself

• Spotting more and less work and practically solving it on the shop floor

Who are you?

• You have extensive work experience as a carpenter

• You have leadership experience (or are ready to take that step)

• You are representative and communicate well in Dutch (speech and writing)

• You deliver quality every day and have an eye for detail

• You have driving licence B and BE (or are willing to get BE)
