As a customer service representative, you will work in an enthusiastic team with an international focus. You will supervise orders from receipt to delivery of the product, both within the EU and towards countries outside the EU. You will liaise with production and supply chain, coordinate logistics processes and make clear agreements on loading and delivery dates with customers.
You will perform tasks including the following:
Manage and perform administrative tasks around orders
Liaising with customers on orders and deliveries
Managing and maintaining customer data and relevant order information
Matching available products with customer demand
Resolving deviations and handling questions or complaints about products and transport
Administrative processing of orders
Coordinating and organising transport for orders
We are looking for an ambitious organiser who can prioritise. You are communicatively strong, customer-oriented and stay calm when things get busy. Teamwork suits you and you pick up issues proactively.
Furthermore, you bring:
MBO plus or HBO work and thinking level
Good command of French and English
Strong administrative and planning skills

You will be working for an international animal feed producer with a modern production site in South Limburg. The organisation produces feeds for calves, piglets and lambs, among others. This uses residual flows from the dairy industry as a basis. This requires accurate planning, clear communication and high quality standards.
Besides its own production, the client is also active in the trade of various semi-finished products that are mainly traded within Europe. The organisation is known for short lines of communication, a flat structure and a strong focus on quality, innovation and continuous process improvement.

We offer:
Salary depending on age and experience between €€2,800 and €4,000 gross per month
