Calculator (Construction).

What will you do?

As a calculator, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
From the initiation phase to the final design, you will guide and support the pricing process.
You thoroughly analyse application documents and construction drawings and translate them into clear and reliable cost estimates.
You also prepare probability and risk analyses and discuss possible alternatives and optimisations.
You have frequent contact with suppliers and work closely with colleagues from plan preparation, project management, work preparation and commerce.
In doing so, you make sure they have a complete and clear picture of all relevant factors affecting pricing.
Your analytical skills make projects feasible, efficient and future-proof.

You will also have:

• a completed architectural education
• some experience as a calculator in construction or the motivation and willingness to learn the trade
• Knowledge of software programmes price calculation construction is an advantage
