Tree Warden / European Tree Worker (ETW).

Do you enjoy working in height and in greenery? Do you have an eye for trees and safety? For various clients, Valento Jobs is looking for a experienced arborist (ETW or upcoming) which ensures healthy and safe trees with knowledge and dedication.

What will you do?

As an arborist, you work on the daily maintenance, management and safety of trees in public spaces or on private property. You climb trees, work with aerial platforms and use specialised equipment for pruning and sawing. You also carry out checks for health, stability and disease.

Your duties:

• Performing tree care (pruning, removal, companion pruning)
• Working with climbing techniques and/or aerial work platforms
• Checking for diseases, defects and safety
• Report findings and carry out VTA inspections (if certified)
• Ensuring safety in the workplace and the environment

What do we ask of you?

✔️ You have experience as an arborist (ETW-certified or willing to get it)
✔️ You are physically fit and have no fear of heights
✔️ You have a VCA certificate (or are willing to get one through Valento Jobs)
✔️ You have a driving licence B (BE is an advantage)
✔️ You work accurately, safely and independently
✔️ Certificates such as motor chainsaw (CS30/31/32) are a plus
