As a cost expert, you will be involved from start to finish in monitoring the process including realistic costs.

What will you do?

▶️ In this role, you will ensure that the costs of construction projects are properly and realistically estimated, you will be involved from the initial plans to the moment the design is completely fixed.
▶️ Throughout the duration of the development, you will help set the price and actively consider choices and solutions.
▶️ You carefully review drawings and tender documents and convert them into reliable cost statements.
▶️ In addition, you identify potential risks and opportunities and discuss alternatives that could lead to improvements or savings.
▶️ You interact regularly with suppliers and work intensively with colleagues from different teams, such as project management, work preparation and commerce. This way, you ensure that everyone has clear and complete information to make good pricing decisions: your keen eye keeps projects feasible, efficient and focused on the future.

🔷 You are someone with a passion for cost and construction projects and feel comfortable in an environment where a lot is happening at once.
🔷 You take responsibility automatically, communicate clearly and work in a structured and accurate way.
🔷 Complex or challenging tasks motivate you: even under pressure, you know how to keep an overview or you dare to apply the brakes at the right moment.
🔷 You have completed a construction degree, you already have experience as a calculator in construction and you are looking for an employer with start-up construction projects in Limburg.
🔷 Knowledge of construction calculation software is nice, but not a requirement.
