Commercial Plan Planner.

Your fresh, sharp vision and enthusiastic attitude enable you to make a positive contribution to the development of (housing) construction projects. You know how to shape processes in the preliminary phase of a project, where you like to use innovative ideas and tackle (complex) technical problems in consultation with your team.

• You will work with changing teams on tenders which, if you win, you will then see actually realised in practice by our organisation;
• You will be a sparring partner and point of contact for our clients for projects in preparation;
• You provide direction on the feasibility of (residential) construction plans in commercial, legal and technical terms;
• Mapping client needs and translating them into a tender proposition;
• Responsible from A to Z for winning and preparing projects in cooperation with your colleagues from pricing, project development and project management and, of course, with your fellow project planners
• Develop and outline ideas regarding the approach;
• Assess subplans for feasibility and viability and discuss them with various stakeholders.

Salary €3250 - €4250

• You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position;
• You can work well together in teams, but also work independently;
• You are the bridge-builder between plan preparation and implementation;
• You are curious, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented, and with that attitude you know how to make every project a success for the customer;
• Your enthusiasm and fresh outlook typify you in your work, a healthy dose of persuasiveness, with which you effortlessly get all noses in the same direction;
• You are communicatively strong and able to communicate with our clients in an open and transparent manner;
