Tasks and responsibilities:

• Drawing up work schedules, assigning work, giving instructions where necessary;
• Responsible for troubleshooting and repairs to lifts, air conditioning, refrigeration, sprinkler systems, etc;
• Submitting proposals for investments, replacements, adjustment of contracts with outside firms;
• Ensuring timely availability of the necessary parts, materials and technical aids. You take care of the stock replenishment;
• Co-responsible for the hotel's safety and security measures, maintenance of the fire alarm system, periodic testing of security equipment and exercises;
• Calling in external firms for troubleshooting and repairs to lifts, air-conditioning, cooling, sprinkler systems, etc;
• Maintain environmental and energy reports, drawing files, malfunction reports, etc;
• Manage local certificates (lift approval, fire extinguishers, etc.);
• Maintain core data on employees and contractors.
• Carrying out repairs to equipment, installations, facilities, sanitary facilities, lighting, etc.
• Solving problems and malfunctions and following up ad hoc complaints;
• Performing checks, maintenance and repairs to the installations and kitchen;
• Ultimately responsible for legionella management and maintenance of all rooms;
• Coordinating the implementation and monitoring the progress of the implementation quality
• Coordinating the implementation of maintenance contracts
• Purchasing/ordering of stock replenishments;
• Responsible for Technical Services Team, such as work planning, leave, performance reviews, training/training new employees, etc;
• You become team leader and coordinate everything around FAFS;
• You will report to the Director of Operations and GM.
