You are responsible for maintaining collective installations, such as heat, transport and ventilation. You will analyse reports, coordinate preventive maintenance, draw up plans to resolve complaints and give direction to contractors. In this role as supervisor, you play an important directing and controlling role as principal. Together with cooperation partners, you provide input for planned maintenance and offer advice on the design of new technical installations. Your drive is focused on the safety and residential enjoyment of our tenants. When replacing installations, you test choices against our sustainability goals.

We have a considerable number of post-war homes, including porch flats, that need to be made more sustainable. In addition, the homes must also meet modern comfort and health requirements. This also demands something of the installations in our buildings. Your knowledge and expertise are essential in this challenge.

In the role of planning supervisor for technical installations, you will ensure that these installations function optimally so that residents can live safely, comfortably and energy-efficiently.

  • You have a level of education and thinking at mbo+/hbo and preferably have a completed hbo degree in mechanical engineering.
  • You have extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • You have expertise in designing, implementing and maintaining electrical and mechanical residential installations.
  • You have knowledge in property management and housing installations.
  • You have work experience in similar positions.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are focused on finding solutions. You focus on achieving the desired situation and work towards it in a structured way.
  • You possess good communication skills.
