Craftsmanship is mastery! You will be performing one or more tasks in the metalworking industry, such as punching steel, inserting/pressing grids or cutting products. As a welder, for example, you focus on welding one or more parts together, using different techniques and in different positions. You can also be considered for the other common tasks; this makes your work very varied and challenging.

Consistent quality is important in our departments, so we have prepared working instructions for you for the most common tasks. We teach you how work should be done, which planning to follow and what the end result should look like. We expect you to signal any deviations and discuss them with your manager or any responsible colleague. We also believe it is important that you actively contribute to improving our production process. This already starts with seeing and discussing the possibilities for improvement in your own subtasks. Finally, safety at work is of course paramount. Go to work safely and go home safely.
