Are you the person who is always stared at within the group of friends as soon as a party or activity needs to be organised? Are you known for your diligence, social skills and always meeting (your own) deadlines? In other words: are you a real planner? Then read on quickly.

What will you do? At our client, we are looking for a planner for the property service department. In other words, someone responsible for planning and handling the work of all service orders, assignments and monitoring their progress and execution. We are looking for someone who has experience in property service. Someone who knows the ins and outs of the world of real estate and all the related jobs. For example, you must be able to assess repair requests for correctness and completeness. A construction education is an advantage. We find it important that you have good interpersonal skills and are experienced in (project) administration. After all, you are the liaison between clients, suppliers, fitters and colleagues.

 Your daily tasks include:

  • Entering service orders into project administration.
  • Taking care of the scheduling of service orders and service work.
  • Feedback to clients on orders in progress.
  • Supervising and managing field staff and hired third parties.
  • Maintaining records of equipment and materials.
  • Reviewing repair requests for accuracy and completeness.

This is what we offer you:

  • A good salary (depending on experience) that grows with your development.
  • Excellent Employment conditions according to the Collective Labour Agreement Construction & Infra.
  • 43 leave days, including 13 in an individual budget.
  • On good performance, prospect of an open-ended contract.
  • Summer BBQ and Christmas drinks.
  • Staff party and team outing.
  • Various bonus schemes.
  • And last but not least: fine colleagues.

You are a hard worker, feel committed, take responsibility and consider cooperation with your colleagues important.

Furthermore, you bring:

  • MBO level or relevant work experience.
  • Any relevant targeted training/courses.
  • Customer focus.
  • Knowledge of products, services and the industry.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Knowledge and skills with the Office Package.
  • Driving licence B.
  • Stress-resistance and an eye for quality.
