Valento Jobs is looking for a maintenance project manager for a challenging role with a lot of responsibility within building maintenance. You will work on a well-filled order book of maintenance contracts within the province. In this role, you will manage collaboration, tight planning, budget control and quality improvement.
Together with your colleagues, you will increase the value of contracts and projects by working more efficiently while adding value for clients.
As maintenance project leader, you are responsible for realising and optimising maintenance contracts and projects. You focus on:
Coordinating planning and managing teams
Budget control and monitoring of progress and results
Quality assurance and continuous improvement
Coordinating with colleagues and external parties such as subcontractors and suppliers
Spotting opportunities to implement projects in a smarter and more valuable way
Weekly reporting to management
You stand firm even when things get busy or plans change
You are versatile, results-oriented, creative and communicatively strong
You are people-oriented and respectful in your cooperation
You are customer-oriented and have integrity and are a bridge builder with colleagues and external partners
A completed college education with construction-related background is an advantage
You get people on board easily, coach and steer in a natural way
