In de functie van Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle activiteiten omtrent de recruitment van technische professionals voor de sector bouw en techniek. Deze activiteiten bestaan uit: vacatures aannemen en opmaken/plaatsen, sourcing, headhunting (die een coördinerend en regelend karakter hebben), werving & selectie. Deze activiteiten voer je lokaal, regionaal en internationaal uit. In deze dynamische rol ben je een spin in het web tussen de Front Office en de collega’s en kandidaten in binnen- en buitenland. Je bewaakt het proces vanuit de aanvraag van de opdrachtgever tot de juiste kandidaat match vanuit het buitenland. Hierbij monitor en coördineer je de “candidate experience” en werk je nauw samen met het Recruitment Team om de kwantiteit en kwaliteit van het werk te waarborgen.
As a High Service Professional of Valento Jobs you monitor the agreed processes in cooperation with the foreign offices and you are always looking for new opportunities for the buying offices. Your tasks also include drafting vacancy texts, placing and publishing profiles on the Valento Jobs website, foreign vacancy sites and social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn). You monitor the employer branding of the organisation and the Valento DNA and you know how to perfectly place candidates on projects and vacancies. As a professional, you are driven, people-oriented, have strong contact skills and can create added value by being creative and decisive. You will also get sufficient freedom in the execution of your work.
