What you will do as Technician EIA:
independently analysing and resolving faults;
Introduction of improvement proposals, modifications and maintenance of the installations with regard to functioning, ease of operation, safety and structure of hardware and software;
Preparation (planning) development and execution of modification and repair work;
Performing inspection and preventive maintenance;
Carrying out administrative work: reserving materials, booking/completing OH reports in SAP and creating point lessons or work instructions;
Communicate clearly and concisely with different layers of the organisation;
Programming in S5,S7, TIA portal is a must, simple adjustments of visualisation systems(Ifix),
Installing/tuning and commissioning frequency and servo controllers,
Installation/adjustment of flow/pressure/level/temperature transmitters and associated controllers ;
assisting with new construction work to be carried out by suppliers and commissioning/testing new equipment;
Training of and multidisciplinary cooperation with the mechanical technicians and operators in the field E/I/A;
assisting third parties;
Part of the job is to participate in the consignment service.

Job requirements:
Practical knowledge and experience in:
Education: at least MBO/TBI level 4 or equivalent
Siemens PLCs (S5, S7 TIA Portal), Safety systems, Safety components (e.g. Siemens Distributed Safety, Pilz, Sick)
EMC measures
Measurement and control technology
Profibus / Profinet
Drive technology (e.g. frequency inverters from SEW, Danfoss, etc.)
English spoken and written
PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP)
