Construction manager.

For our client in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for a Superintendent. Do you have experience in the independent management of utility construction projects? Would you like to lead various projects and ensure that the subcontractors work together in a smooth process? Then we would like to invite you to respond.

What will you do?

As a construction supervisor, you are responsible for one or more projects with a value of up to approximately EUR 5 million. You take care of the management and registration of the project documents, a safe construction site and a timely delivery with the agreed quality. With your social and communicative skills, you frequently liaise with colleagues, subcontractors and suppliers and are thus the connecting factor between these parties. Every day, you are working to achieve higher quality within the set frameworks. In short, you are a modern contractor with excellent communication skills.

Job requirements:

Who are we looking for?

You have at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent;
You have a higher professional education (HBO) thinking and working level;
Because you work with many internal and external parties at the same time, you are a real planning expert, but you are also good at communicating;
With your technical insight and communication skills, you convince others and make sure that colleagues stick to the planning;
You are in possession of VCA VOL (or willing to obtain it).
