As a site manager, you are responsible for the project from A to Z. You have a pleasant working relationship with other site managers. You are in charge on the building site on a daily basis and connect all the different parties with each other so that the building process runs smoothly. You are also responsible for the planning, personnel, safety on the work floor, the management and registration of project documents and a timely delivery with the agreed quality. In addition, you coach and motivate the team on the building site to achieve the best quality together, not to mention having fun on the work floor.
Work focuses mainly on mutation work at a housing corporation. With mutation work, we mean the supervision of the "refurbishment" of a rental property. A tenant leaves and the house has to be refurbished with a new bathroom, toilet, kitchen unit, ceilings, etc. Supervising the execution of smaller renovation projects is also part of this. You manage a team of employees on a daily basis and are responsible for the quality of the delivery of the house.
As a performer, you ensure that there is a strong and successful team and you stimulate people to jointly deliver quality and achieve the objectives. In addition, you contribute to the development of colleagues both as performers and in the area of in-service training.
