The regulations surrounding self-employed workers are becoming increasingly strict, which can make working with self-employed workers riskier. In addition, we are a reliable payroll partner with SNA registration (which is mandatory for a payroll partner according to the Construction Collective Labour Agreement) and are a member of the NBBU.

NEN-certified

In the Netherlands, about 11,500 of the 17,000 temporary employment agencies are not structurally monitored. However, Valento is inspected twice a year for the quality requirements of the NEN4400-1 and the NBBU. annually

This makes us a certified temporary employment agency and we are included annually in the SNA (Stichting Normering Arbeid) register. This is a register for certified companies that operate on the Dutch market and supply labour and/or take on work.This certification contributes to the limitation of hirer/chain liability for payroll taxes and also guarantees the correct application of minimum and Collective Labour Agreement wages, as a fiscal indemnification regarding hirer/chain liability applies as of 1 July 2012.Moreover, very many Collective Labour Agreements state that business may only be done with NEN4400 certified temporary employment agencies.
