Recruitment and selection of people from the target group

On receiving an application, we work with the applicant to draw up a skills profile, which defines the desired qualities for the vacancy. This enables us to conduct a targeted search for suitable candidates.

Once the requirements have been fully discussed, we start the recruitment and selection procedure. During the intake interview with candidates, we first pay attention to their qualities, experience, motivation and ambitions, and only then do we look at the vacancies.

The profile of the suitable candidate is sent to the client. If the client is positive, we schedule an introductory interview, in which both the recruiter/job coach and the candidate are present, at the client's premises. After this interview, it is determined whether there is a match.

Social return administration

For our strategic partners, we handle social return administration for all projects. We collect evidence of social return deployment and report it in various monitoring systems. We do this for both main contractors and subcontractors. We liaise with both main contractors and subcontractors on the project, enter evidence records and keep a log of communication.

Tailor-made coaching

Good supervision of people covered by the Participation Act is essential. During the secondment, a Valento Jobs project supervisor provides personal guidance. Together with the manager on the shop floor and the employee himself, work progress is regularly assessed. Where necessary, interventions are implemented, with a focus on improving work performance.

We fulfil Social Return obligations for renowned Limburg companies. During this period, we guide them intensively and also offer them the chance to take up a study. A social return with us should be the beginning of a bright future.

SROI (Social Return on Investment) is a method to measure the social and societal value resulting from an investment, such as a public tender. The aim is to encourage companies to create jobs for people with a distance to the labour market and support other social initiatives.
