Function:
In this position, you independently prepare cost price calculations for various GWW projects. You maintain direct contact with various suppliers and subcontractors to request prices/quotations. You prepare the tender and participate in the preparation of EMVI tenders.
Work:
Preparation of cost price calculations within the set time limit;
Making calculations and more-or-less budgets;
Requesting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors;
Assessing prices and quotations;
The timely preparation of calculations and documents for the tender;
Preparing innovative, efficient and well thought-out calculations;
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in regulations, techniques and practices within the GWW sector.
Job requirements:
You are in possession of a completed HTS/MTS+ (HBO working and thinking level based on experience) civil engineering/BBE;
Preferably experience with Metacom;
Relevant work experience;
You have knowledge of Autocad applicable to the GWW sector;
You are proactive, problem-solving, collegial, have excellent communication skills and are accurate.
