Are you ready for a new challenge as Coordinator? Come work in our dynamic and informal company with diverse assignments. Take the opportunity to develop yourself fully and follow (internal) training courses. You will be given the freedom to take the lead when it comes to your expertise. This allows you to work independently and as part of a team.

You share your knowledge with colleagues in the same project team, where you work together from start to finish. This works very efficiently and we share our knowledge with each other in an accessible way. Being involved in each other's work and, above all, communicating well with clients about expectations and goals are very important to us.

You find this fascinating

  • coordinating the team of in-house employees and co-makers in the execution of assignments assigned to you and your team for one or more clients
  • drafting price proposals for orders, work preparation, planning and management
  • being the first point of contact for customers and co-makers and liaising with customers in order to respond to their specific requirements
  • ensuring the correct execution of the work
  • monitoring qualitative results (KPIs) and initiating improvements where necessary
  • ensuring a satisfied customer!

Here's what you've got

  • you have completed education at at least MBO/HBO level and have knowledge of the maintenance sector, the processes involved and the professional disciplines involved
  • you are a real organiser with a sense of responsibility, who enjoys working together and has excellent communication skills and a high customer focus
  • You have knowledge of and insight into statutory requirements, building regulations and procedures concerning working conditions and the environment You have knowledge and skills with regard to MS Office packages and affinity with automated systems for making calculations, planning, reading and processing drawings and models.
