Your duties as a work planner - new construction (32 - 40 hours):

In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and planning of various new construction projects. You identify any risks in time and ensure that they are addressed proactively. You deal with varied work on a daily basis and know how to keep an overview. Coordinating progress and planning with project leaders, supervisors, customers and suppliers is part of your job.

You know how to bring together drawings from different suppliers into a correct whole and report any discrepancies back to the parties involved. You also prepare procurement reports, order materials on time and take care of documentation such as work instructions, H&S plans and price lists. You regularly visit the construction site to monitor the progress of execution and make adjustments where necessary. You thus make a crucial contribution to the success of the projects.

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven work planner who feels at home in a dynamic working environment and has a strong sense of responsibility. You set high standards for the quality of your work and know how to operate in a flexible and customer-oriented way. Moreover, you are solution-oriented and detail-oriented.

  • You have HBO working and thinking level with a completed architectural education.
  • You have several years of experience as a work planner in the construction industry.
  • Experience with and knowledge of BIM.
  • A VCA VOL certificate or willingness to obtain one.
