We are looking for a Service & Maintenance Coordinator

A fine colleague who is responsible for all the organisational work around change maintenance. From the moment the rent is terminated and the report comes to us, you get to work. You create a service order and go to the site together with one of our foremen. With your construction background, you can quickly assess what work needs to be carried out so that the house meets the quality requirements again and can be let. You process all matters in an app and elaborate further at the office.

The housing association has approved the tender, so quickly get to work! During implementation, you are the point of contact for both the housing association and the mechanics and subcontractors. You will operationally manage your colleagues and subcontractors so that the mutation work is carried out properly and efficiently, liaise with the corporations so that they are kept informed of the work and monitor the planning. Unforeseen you identify challenges in good time and translate them into the right solutions so that the property can be delivered for rental within the planning. When the property is ready, you take stock of the situation and make sure your colleagues can send the invoice on time.

Then you get to work on optimising processes. You know turning ideas into added value for clients, residents and our organisation. Afterwards, you check tomorrow's agenda: an appointment with your manager and you will continue working on this morning's recordings and arrange invoicing. Satisfied, you leave for home.

Who are you?

You are a real go-getter with a assertive attitude. You are energised by a healthy dose of workload and have a positive personality who knows how to connect people naturally. You are communicative and enjoy working with different stakeholders.

Further:

• At least a completed senior secondary vocational education
• Affinity with maintenance, renovation and conversion (construction engineering)
• Preferably familiar with ERP system Business Central or similar software programme
