Are you a real multitasker who gets energy from planning and organising in a dynamic working environment? Then we have a great opportunity for you! For a leading organisation in the real estate and maintenance sector, we are looking for an enthusiastic Service & maintenance coordinator who makes a difference at the front office.

This feature is also great for a working construction student who is looking for a relevant (side) job in his or her field. Would you like to gain practical experience during the summer in a professional environment that perfectly matches your education? Then this is your chance.

What will you do?

As S&O Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for housing associations and tenants when it comes to repair requests. You ensure the smooth running of the maintenance process, from request to execution.

Your responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments with tenants and communicating with mechanics and partners

  • Coordinate, organise and manage incoming reports

  • Gathering information and ensuring clear transfer to your field colleagues

  • Checking the daily schedule and completing billing work

Through your careful preparation and overview, work is carried out efficiently and customer-focused.

About the organisation

You will join an independently operating party with more than 100 years of experience in property maintenance, renovation and building services. The organisation works as an extension of housing associations, healthcare institutions and other professional clients.

What characterises this organisation? Short lines of communication, an open culture and an informal working atmosphere where everyone knows how to find each other easily. Working together is key, with the motto: "Results come together".

Who are you?

You are a go-getter at heart. Someone who can change gear quickly, keeps an overview and enjoys communicating with tenants, colleagues and partners. You are stress-resistant and have a natural connecting power.

What else do you bring?

  • MBO working and thinking level (or you are a student in a relevant HBO/WO programme such as Construction Engineering)

  • Affinity with maintenance, renovation and structural engineering

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central (preferred)

Architecture students are also invited to apply, especially if you are available during the summer months to gain work experience within your field.

What do you get in return?

  • A salary between €2,400 and €3,000 gross per month, depending on experience and education (according to Collective Labour Agreement Construction & Infra)

  • A challenging and varied job in a close-knit team

  • Flexibility in working hours (24 to 32 hours per week)

  • Scope for personal development and advancement opportunities

  • A great opportunity for students to gain relevant work experience within the construction industry
