Maintenance (Carpenter) - Valento | Vacancies Construction & Engineering

We are looking for an experienced and motivated maintenance carpenter to join our team. As a maintenance carpenter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various wooden structures, such as window frames, doors, stairs, roof structures and facade cladding. You will ensure that these structures remain in good condition and carry out repairs when necessary.

Job requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a maintenance carpenter;
A completed training as a carpenter;
In possession of a driving licence B and own transport;
Knowledge of materials, tools and techniques used in the carpentry industry;
You are flexible, independent and have a sense of responsibility;
You have communication skills and can work well together.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Maintain and repair wooden structures such as window frames, doors, stairs, roof structures and cladding;
Advise customers on maintenance measures and repairs;
Solving problems and finding solutions;
The correct use of materials, tools and techniques;
Preparing quotations and invoices;
Keeping accurate records;
Keeping the required knowledge and skills up to date
Renovation and maintenance carpentry
Fixing minor leaks and electricity
Installation work of kitchen, for example
Other ad hoc maintenance work
