Plan preparer.

We are looking for a fine candidate to take ultimate responsibility for coordinating and preparing construction plans. You will be tender manager for both renovation and new construction projects. You are actively involved in all aspects of the project, from the initiation phase to the execution phase. You are responsible for working out the project and making it ready for production (in construction team work). You are in the lead for tender works, for which you collect and prepare all necessary documents. As plan preparer, you are responsible for the technical design, laws and regulations, construction methodology, selection of subcontractors and drafting contract documents.

You work on various projects with a size between €500,000 and €10,000,000. Sometimes you will be working on a new-build project for an educational institution, and other times you will be renovating and making homes more sustainable. You get energy from working on different construction projects and are not afraid of complex challenges. You also find it easy to make contact with people. Both the client and your colleagues experience you as a pleasant interlocutor who listens and can translate questions into solutions and advice.

You are a positive personality who knows how to connect people in a very natural way. Someone who cuts through knots confidently. But who also knows where that starts: by listening to and empathising with each other.

The plan preparer we are looking for brings the following:

• HBO working and thinking level with a completed architectural education
• Several years of experience as a plan preparer in construction is a plus
• You are a natural leader and always on top of the ins and outs of your projects
• You are decisive and coordinating and aligning your work is a matter of course
• You are aware of standards, rules and regulations
• Tender management and developing plans of action are not new to you
