Concrete Engineering Project Coordinator (Stein).

What will you do?

As a Project Coordinator, you have a wide range of responsibilities. You will play a key role in the success of projects from start to finish. Your duties include:

• Calculation and Preparation: Preparation of detailed project plans and budgets so that each project starts well prepared.
• Project implementation: Supervise and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring tight planning and execution within the set frameworks.
• Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients and expand the client's network.
• Quality checks: Monitor compliance with quality standards and safety regulations to ensure the highest standards.
• Customer relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as the first point of contact for customers.

Who are you?

For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional with:

• A completed technical education at MBO+ or HBO level, preferably in the field of structural or civil engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position within the construction or concrete industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to multitask.
• Experience in project management and strong organisational skills.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
