What will you do?

Are you ready for a new challenge in electrical engineering and are you eager to carry out maintenance and service work on our installations?

As service technician electrical installations, you are the one who ensures that every installation performs optimally. You carry out both maintenance and service work on our installations on location at the customerThis position is unique because it covers almost every aspect of electrical engineering. This position is unique because almost all aspects of electrical engineering are covered; think of 24V controls, frequency inverters, 400V and 10kV generators, synchronising with the grid, generator switches, PLC controls and more. many more

What does your day look like?

In the morning, you drive to the customer to fix a malfunction on location. After you have arrived and have reported to the customer and gathered the latest information, you get to work. You find out that a 24V relay is the culprit, causing one of the pumps not to switch on. You replace this relay from the stock of your richly equipped Volkwagen service van and start test runs with the CHP installation. In between, a colleague mechanic, who is more mechanically minded, calls with a question about the working of the starting system. You help him by explaining the working of this system and tell him where he can find this in the electrical diagrams.

In the meantime, it appears that you have made the right diagnosis and the CHP is working properly again. You clean up all your tools and materials, while enjoying a cup of coffee, you complete the report and you order the used relay through the planning department. You talk to the customer about the work you have done and then call the planning department for the next job.
