What will you do?

• Taking repair requests and recording them in the system.
• Planning and monitoring.
• Maintain telephone contact with residents, housing associations and subcontractors.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes.
• Administrative tasks, such as checking work orders and invoice preparation.
• Directing mechanics and other parties involved.

No day is the same in this role. You are solution-oriented and know how to prioritise, even when plans go differently than expected.

Who are you?

We are looking for a results-oriented team player who is communicatively strong and likes to keep an overview. You feel at home in a dynamic environment and can handle pressure well. In addition, you have an affinity with maintenance and renovation and are administratively strong.

Furthermore, you bring:

• At least a completed secondary vocational education.
• Affinity with structural engineering and experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Business Central is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
