Senior Plan Planner.

As Senior Plan Preparer, you will be responsible for the entire preliminary process of various construction projects. You work on projects with a scope of approximately €500,000 to €15,000,000, keeping an overview of the entire process. You interact with clients, municipalities, partners and colleagues and ensure that plans are substantively strong, feasible and well-coordinated.

Your responsibilities include:

• shaping plans for new construction, renovation, sustainability and transformation projects
• collecting and analysing project information, such as zoning plans, regulations and boundary conditions
• taking care of applications for the necessary permits
• checking contracts and agreements for completeness, correctness and enforceability
• coordinating with clients, municipalities and other stakeholders
• preparing and presenting action plans to internal and external stakeholders
• guiding junior colleagues in the preliminary process
• handing over well-prepared plans to the implementation team

You stay involved right up to the start of implementation. This allows you to see not only how a plan comes into being, but also how it becomes a reality in practice.

For this position, we are looking for an experienced and independent professional who can quickly find his way within an organisation and pick up projects smoothly. You are not only technically strong, but also have good communication skills and are commercially aware.

• at least 5 years of relevant experience as a plan preparer or in a similar position
• experience with the entire preparation process within construction projects

• commercial feeling and the talent to bring clients along with the chosen approach
• a proactive attitude and open personality
• good social and communication skills
• a team-oriented attitude, where you are approachable and easily interact with colleagues and external parties
